CBS India currently operates out of two centers in Bangalore and Gurgaon employing over 2000 skilled professionals.&amp nbsp Position title: Senior Financial Analyst Shift timings: 12.30 PM-9.30 PM Position Purpose and Summary: As part of the Corporate Financial Planning Analysis collaborative team, this position will drive and deliver financial insights to the organization through the development and maintenance of Power BI reports and dashboards. The role requires an analyst with a finance background that is skilled in complex data models, reporting and analysis best practices, and Power BI technical concepts. Principal Accountabilities: Develop new reporting - 40% *Working with the Corporate Financial Planning Analysis team, gather requirements for new reporting initiatives *Develop new reporting and dashboard solutions that meet business requirements and drive management insights *Ensure consistency with standards and use-ability Modify and maintain existing reports - 40%&amp nbsp *Update and maintain the existing portfolio of reports and dashboards for evolving business requirements, data model updates and organizational changes *Integrate new Power BI features into existing reporting portfolio *Analyze and enhance visualizations where appropriate to continue to drive financial insights Publication preparation - 10%&amp nbsp *Update, validate and finalize financial reports and dashboards for monthly and quarterly publication process *Ensure integrity of the end user report and dashboard experience Train/mentor - 10% *Build Power BI knowledge and skills within the Corporate Financial Planning Analysis team, assisting with training and user group meetings Required Qualifications&amp nbsp *5+ years experience relevant professional finance experience&amp nbsp *3+ years experience with business intelligence/visualization tools and complex data models *1+ years experience with Microsoft Power BI *High business acumen with extensive financial knowledge *Ability to analyze and solve complex problems, presenting conclusions in insightful ways *Proven experience in identifying key metrics, developing reports and analytical views in business intelligence tools *Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail *Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills Interested Candidates can share their resume to [email protected] Interview call letter will be shared to your email id&amp nbsp based on the screening selection
