Job Description:Role - Manager (Audit Quality Monitoring) - Assurance - Audit Quality Monitoring (AQM) is a distinct service at Assurance (Statutory Audit) with an objective to assist the engagement team across the firm in various quality related initiatives. - The expected role involves being technically proficient in assurance/audit related concepts, GAAS and GAAP related requirements. The individuals should preferably have worked in a similar profile in other mid or top tier accounting firms. - Should have worked in a Big 4 country practice only and involved in Planning until Sigh off of the Audit Work. Requirements for the role : - Qualified CAs with professional certification in accounting - CA, CPA or ACCA. - Technically proficient in audit related concepts, IFRS certification. - Minimum of 7 - 8 years of experience in Statutory Audit related areas in other mid or top tier account firms - post qualification. - Candidates should be currently Manager level 1 in Assurance department of the country practice for a international large audit firm and should have an experience in Statutory Audit throughout their career - Excellent communication skills, including speaking and writing effectively in English. - Ability to spread positive work culture and live the companies values. - The ability to quickly form strong working relationships with colleagues within and outside India .
