Key Responsibilities: Managing the credit control function and assessing the creditworthiness of the clients taking adequate measures to ensure timely receipts and recovery of card decline cases, MIS Reporting GST Reconciliation MIS reporting: Preparation of fortnightly calls file Tracking Bad Debts and recovery Consolidating MIS for submission Credit limit Assessment& nbsp Efficiency and Effectiveness Card Decline GST Reconciliation: GST reconciliation for certain clients. Coordinating with airlines for invoices and help customer to reconcile the GST Assist new clients on board with GST queries& nbsp Managing Genpact OTC: & nbsp Coordinating with Genpact for the accounts which are on Credit card, BTA/ CTA and ensure recoveries on these set of accounts Recoveries of bad debt: Coordinate with regional SPOCS on the accounts with high provisions and assist in recovery of bad debts Performance management Ensure a high level of co-operation/communication between teams, among the operation function and with all functions in the organization (e.g. TTS team, Finance and Accounts, HR, and IT,). Constantly drive team to achieve their personal and team KPIs. Monitor and provide feedback on a daily and weekly basis. Monitor and report on all issues pertaining to the operation, escalating and closing off all risks Process optimization You will be required to assist in the development of Operational Policies and Procedures& nbsp Improve on where possible all Operations Practices whilst challenging the status quo of the present approach. Ensure at all times that CWT procedures and policies are followed.
