Function    Administration       

Job Responsibilities    

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Manage schedules and deadlines of all the routine Admin work
  • Monitor and the purchasing of new material
  • Administration and Liasoning
  • Housekeeping and Facility Management
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
  • Setting up of new offices  
  • Responsible for day–to-day maintenance of centres  
  • Responsible for maintenance of company vehicles
  • Responsible for renovation work (existing / new)
  • Monitor costs and expenses
  • Vendor Management
  • Regulatory compliance  
  • General Administration
  • Facility Management
  • Procurement and Vendor Management
  • Security Management  
  • Liasoning with various Govt. Authorities          

Minimum Education    Graduate / MBA       
Work Experience    15  years - 25 Years       
Age Range    38 years  -  48  Years        
Gender     Male        

Industry Exposure Required     
The Ideal candidate would be in the profile of a Heading the department dealing with large manpower.
Excellent interpersonal skills along with team building skills would also be expected in the desired candidate.
