Job Description:Job Responsibilities: As a Business Manager, you will head the top performing premium product Talk to Astrologer. You will hold complete responsibility for the success and P&amp amp amp L performance of the product. You are expected to develop and scale the growth of this product. As a Business Manager, you will take end to end ownership of the product line, identify market opportunities and develop and execute comprehensive online sales and ecommerce revenue growth plans. This position reports directly to the Chief Business Officer Location: Ahmedabad Job Responsibilities: You will own the end-to-end Vision, Strategy and Roadmap for the product and have full responsibility for the P&amp amp amp L, delivering against Revenue and Profitability targets. Ensure aggressive sales approach to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Ensure meeting success metrics and performance KPIs. Identify marketing opportunities within the product category, partnership opportunities with external agencies/companies and product asks and collaborate with the cross functional teams in driving progress Delve deeper into understanding the customer, utilize analytical skills to analyze past trends, research customer behavior and develop customer insights. Conceptualize digital marketing initiatives, analyze data and measure results. Identify new opportunities within ecommerce ecosystem, do a feasibility study and propose a business plan to sell through 3rd party ecommerce portals. Actively participate in scheduled internal weekly and annual sales meetings, preparing in advance and share relevant and beneficial information to the Management.
